Shipping Policy

All orders are made to order and processed with care.

Once an order is placed, production begins before shipment. Processing times may vary based on order volume and product type. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary by destination and carrier and are separate from processing time. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

All of our items are made to order and created specifically for you.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color selection, or preference changes. We encourage customers to review product details and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Approved replacements or corrections will be processed as quickly as possible.
